create "Yet another CPAN recent changes"

Now a days, typester's CPAN recent changes site is not works...
I want to read it... then, I re-invented it :D

Pros

• fresh.
• it works.
• written in perl
• open source! http://github.com/tokuhirom/cpan-recent-feed

How it works?

• fetch recent module information from id:miyagwa's CPAN fresh friendfeed http://friendfeed.com/cpan
• get tar ball from http://cpan.cpantesters.org/
• get latest Changes file from search.cpan.org
• extract tar ball by Archive::Tar
• get diff with Algorithm::Diff
• create feed by XML::Feed
• publish it with nginx
• use feedburner for caching
