Time::Seconds 1.23 updates
Me and @gfx reported a bug in Time::Seconds 1.22-.
Time::Seconds forgot to load Exporter. It makes confusion if you runs use Time::Seconds; ONE_DAY.
@rjbs fixed the issue and release it.
